Resolved - Users may have experienced a service disruption by not being able to access the OKKAMI Admin Dashboard. This issue has now been resolved. We are sorry that you may have experienced a delay in processing service request or trying to access the Admin Dashboard. A software bug caused a number of jobs to queue in the system which resulted in a bottleneck. A hotfix has been identified and is being rolled out. .
